Life does not always go as planned, and sometimes we encounter challenges that prevent us from fully living or thriving on our journey. You or your child might be dealing with difficult issues and thinking about professional help, but you're worried about misdiagnosis and/or wary that the psychiatric solution is to simply throw medications at the symptoms. You're concerned about the risk of taking more and more medications while the underlying issues are not understood or addressed, as the challenges are barely managed or worsen with time. About Dr. Ngolton
I am a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with a holistic approach, aiming to understand each person comprehensively to find effective treatments that prioritize long-term results and minimize reliance on medications.

While working with individuals and witnessing their progress has been deeply rewarding, I see an urgent need to address mental health on a global scale. I’m shifting my focus to tackle this larger issue, and I invite you to join me on this important journey.

As a foundation, I encourage you to explore human nature and the pursuit of well-being in my first book. Together, there’s much work to be done in the near future.

Attend Consultation
I will contact you to discuss your needs and clarify any questions. If my services are a good fit for you, we will schedule your intake appointment.

Complete Intake Paperwork
Fill out initial paperwork which includes patient history, current concerns, and office policies. This will be done through your Luminello patient portal.

Begin Services
Your first session will be a 2-hour intake. This will include an in-depth discussion, evaluation, and creation of your treatment plan.
